Plain and simple - It’s an investment that can also be enjoyed.
Last year my family saved up and finally bought 75 acres just one year ago now. Yesterday we received the tax appraisal value in the mail and the property’s value has increased from $150,000 last year to $217,500 this year. That’s an increase of over $65,000 in one year and we haven’t done anything but enjoy it! The greatest part is all this time we’ve been able to enjoy the place while our investment has gained this value. I can’t tell you how many great times we’ve had out there in just one year. Our family has been able to fish, hunt, hike, ride bikes, photograph wildlife, and host campouts for dad’s and their kids. I can’t remember ever being able to do any of this with some shares from eBay or a townhouse to flip.
What else can you invest in and have this much fun?

I have a question. Can you do whatever you want with that land, or do you have to abide by government laws on the property? Also can you later on divide that land and get much more profit for it?
