The Land Man is heading from Austin, Texas to Pagosa Springs, Colorado tomorrow morning. We’ll be checking out some of the most desolate areas of the United States in west Texas and southern New Mexico on our way up to the Rocky Mountains. There is no telling what we’ll encounter - but if we find it interesting - we’ll post it here. I’m curious to see some of the different properties for sale and how these properties are being marketed to Buyers passing by at 75 MPH. One of my habits is counting Land For Sale signs along the highway that don’t have website addresses listed. I’ve seen a few that were even difficult to read the phone numbers on. We’ll see what we turn up - and we’ll share it with you. Enjoy the ride.

What? Have you had enough rain to last the rest of the summer so you are heading into the dry country?
If you are only going to be doing 75 out on Interstate 10, you may be surprised at just how many pass you by. The speed limit between Kerrville and Ft Stockton is 80.
Let us know about the results of your land marketing survey.
Just remember to sit back, take in the scenery and be careful.
Thanks
